This position is a full time position with Alyzen Medical Physics serving as a Locum physicist working at long term contracts for our clients throughout Texas. This position will allow you to work on multiple modalities including, but not limited to the following:
- Aria/Eclipse and Truebeam Systems
- Pinnacle/Mosaiq and Elekta Systems
- Accuray Radixact systems
- In-House CT scanner with 4D scanning capability
- Sun Nuclear AND IBA QA equipment.
As a Locum, you will perform traditional consulting duties like:
- Clinical Therapy Physics operations
- Maintain standards and regulatory requirements
- Perform quality assurance and testing on equipment
- Consult with radiation oncologists and staff
- Perform routine physics services

Technical qualifications for this position include:
- A board certification by the American Board of Radiology in Therapeutic Medical Physics, or board eligibility as demonstrated by graduation from a CAMPEP accredited residency in therapy physics.
- Experience in conducting quality assurance testing is a plus.
- Strong background in all aspects of radiation oncology physics including SBRT and SRS
